Project Type: Large scale high-rise Residential Apartments in UK
Project Description: There was a total of 240 Apartments out of which 80 typical fully coordinated apartments were delivered along with all common areas, like Plant rooms, Basement, Risers, Shafts, Roof Areas and parking. Delivered the full BIM MEP model for the development. We worked with the MEP consultants on the project to provide them with fully coordinated MEP BIM model for the development. We delivered fully coordinated 2D MEP drawings sets and shop drawings for mechanical systems, etc... Clash detection was carried out with structure and other services. We work closely with the MEP consultants and MEP contractors during the build process
BIM Services provided: Containment, Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC, Lighting, Small power & Data, heating, Cooling, Fire Alarm, Fire fighting.
