Project Description: 30 typical apartments for 3 blocks Delivered the full BIM MEP model for the development. We worked with the MEP consultants on the project to provide them with fully coordinated MEP BIM model for the development. We delivered fully coordinated 2D MEP drawings sets and shop drawings for mechanical systems, etc... Clash detection was carried out with structure and other services. We work closely with the MEP consultants and MEP contractors during the build process.
BIM Services provided: Containment, Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC, Lighting, Small power & Data, heating, Cooling, Fire Alarm, Fire fighting.
Duration: BIM Modelling 2 Month turnaround.
